Expedify is hiring for the role of Client Success Intern!

Key Responsibilities:

• Align tasks and manage internal communication under senior supervision.
• Communicate requirements to the team/vendor and oversee task execution.
• Ensure delivery meets client expectations.
• Gather client feedback and implement necessary changes.
• Stay updated on all work related to the client.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with executives (in-house/off-shore) to ensure timely task completion.
• Conduct review meetings (on-call) with clients as needed.
• Perform quality checks according to set standards.
• Obtain approval from seniors/concerned personnel before client delivery.

• English Proficiency (Spoken)
• Google Workspace

3. Good logical reasoning skills.
