We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Software Engineer with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. Whether your interest lies in frontend or backend development, this role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects using a diverse tech stack. You'll collaborate with domain experts and contribute to production-critical applications, helping to solve deep technical challenges in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Development: Build and maintain user interfaces using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Vite.js to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Backend Development: Develop and optimize backend systems using Java, Python, and Rust, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
• Database Management: Work with various databases to manage data storage and retrieval efficiently.
• Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges in healthcare with an analytical and solution-driven approach.
• Collaboration: Work closely with domain experts and other team members to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 0-3 years of experience in software development (frontend, backend, or full-stack).

Technical Skills:

• Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, or Vite.js.
• Backend: Proficiency in Java, Python, and Rust.
• Databases: Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, with an understanding of query optimization and performance tuning.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills to address and resolve complex issues.
