Aliens group conducted On Campus placement drive on 25 September 2023. Below is the interview experience of one of the candidates who appeared for it.
The interview consisted of two rounds. First was a screening interview which was a quick one and included self introductory questions.
The second interview was a HR interview. It wholly focused on candidate's communication skills and knowledge about sales. The company is real-estate based , so it included questions about client relations, market analysis, ground work, customer classification etc.
The interview process was smooth if you have a good internet connection. It was a true test of your soft skills.
