Role Summary:

 

Raise is built on this core philosophy - we will bring exceptionally great products, awesome user experience and best in class customer service to our users. We have started with our first step by launching an Investment & Trading platform – Dhan (www.dhan.co) in November 2021.

 

We at Raise are hiring for a Growth Intern for one of our subsidiaries "Upsurge.club". Upsurge.club offers simplified stock market, trading, and investing education, guided by top industry experts to gain confidence & become a successful trader and investor.

 

If you are someone who is passionate about Financial Services and especially the Edutech in India wherein you feel the clients and customers should get the best possible experience, then you are looking at the place where you should apply. This would require you to be excited about the business and work with all stakeholders to drive excellence.

 

As our Growth Intern, you will be in a position to grow your skills and make an immediate impact on our fast growing business. This is a high-impact and high-growth role where the ideal candidate will own the execution of data-driven marketing campaigns ,monitor key performance metrics and track the success of growth initiatives.

 

Expected Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive informed decision-making.
  • Proficient with numbers- track and improve conversion %.
  • Assist in developing and implementing data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and make data-backed recommendations for optimization.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and track the success of growth initiatives.
  • Working on SEO strategy, blogs to keywords research.
  • Working with internal teams to get things done (Creative, Social Media, Content, Product, etc)
  • An analytically strong, data-driven approach to analyze the marketing spending across channels and channel-wise impact, optimize and scale them.
  • Executing creative campaigns through marketing channels like Internal (Email, SMS, Push, Banners, In-app, etc)

 

Expected Skills:

 

We are a start-up and we are focusing on fast growth with quality products hence the ability to work in a fast-paced environment goes without saying. Other than that:

 

  • Graduate of any degree looking for a career in growth filed in a consumer startup finance
  • 0-1 year of experience, in Growth Marketing
  • Interested in learning more about growth and marketing roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage numerous tasks
  • Self-starter, strong drive and result oriented
  • Excellent excel/ sheets proficiency
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Good problem solving skills with an analytical mind

 

Location: Western Express Highway, Borivali East.

*This is an on-site opportunity and not a hybrid / remote role.
