Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of campus recruitment strategies.
• Identify and engage with potential candidates from universities and colleges across all disciplines.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Support the organization of virtual and in-person recruitment events.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and track recruitment metrics.

Skills and Qualifications:

Core Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
