As a QA Engineer (Intern), you will be responsible for writing and executing test cases that verifies and validates the functional and non-functional requirements of Fresh Insights. Fresh Insights is a real-time data suggestions, ordering and analysis tool for high velocity and high volume of data. You will need to contribute to all stages of software development to identify and mitigate system malfunctions to meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute effective test strategies and test cases.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, sanity and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track system malfunctions using bug tracking tools.
• Continuously contribute to the improvement of QA processes and automation frameworks.
• Validate data accuracy, real-time performance, and system scalability of Fresh Insights.
• Assist in analyzing test results and recommending corrective actions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and automation tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle high-velocity, high-volume data testing scenarios.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of automated testing tools
• API Testing of the application
• Basic grasp of performance and/or security testing is a plus
• Fundamental knowledge in Javascript
• Prior Internship/Experience in a Development/Testing in a software company
