Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and design documents. 
• Execute test cases and record test results, ensuring adherence to established quality standards. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to understand project requirements and drive quality improvements. 
• Conduct performance, scalability, and security testing to ensure software stability and compliance. 
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to software quality assurance. 
• Basic coding skills in any preferred language like Java, C++, or Python are preferred. 

Additional Information

• Focus on learning today’s technologies to enhance testing skills. 
• Ability to design testing scenarios for usability testing, conduct manual and automated tests, detect bugs, assess software code, prepare bug reports, analyze documents, and present findings to software development teams. 

Qualification Criteria

• BE/BTech in Computer Science, BCA/MCA, M.E/M.Tech 
• Graduated in 2022, 2023, or 2024 (Not 2025) 
• Male candidates. 
• Candidates should be from Noida/Delhi only 
• We are looking for trained freshers in manual testing only 

SLA

• First 6 months: On-the-job training with a stipend . 
• Service Level Agreement (SLA): Should be okay with a 2-year bond
