We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Data Analytics Intern to join our CRM team for a 3-month onsite internship. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work at the intersection of customer data, analytics, and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the CRM team to analyse customer data and deliver actionable insights.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and refine Python-based algorithms to predict customer purchase behaviour.
• Present analytical findings clearly to business stakeholders and contribute to strategic discussions.
• Assist in maintaining data quality and improving the efficiency of reporting processes.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work onsite from the office daily for the duration of the internship.
• Proficient in Python, especially for data analysis and basic machine learning (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost).
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database querying.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Exposure to CRM systems or customer segmentation is a plus.
• Prior internship or project experience in analytics or business intelligence will be an advantage.
