As an entry level Cloud Platform Engineer – Analyst, you will be part of a collaborative data engineering team focused on designing and building scalable, cloud-based data solutions. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and analysts to support data ingestion, transformation, and processing pipelines.
This role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in programming and a passion for data engineering. You will gain hands-on experience working with modern data tools, cloud platforms, and real-world datasets that support critical business decisions.
This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams located in India, the US, and Canada.

 

 

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or a related field.

  • Proficient in Python and SQL for data manipulation and querying.

  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

  • Familiar with data tools like S3, Redshift, RDS, Glue, or similar.

  • Understanding of structured and semi-structured data handling.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a learning attitude.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in Agile teams.

  •  

Preferences:

  • Internship, academic projects, or coursework related to data pipelines or cloud data services.

  • Familiarity with distributed data processing (e.g., PySpark) and data concepts like data lakes, warehouses, or mesh.

  • Exposure to version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD fundamentals.

  • Awareness of Agile methodologies and team-based development workflows.

  • Understanding of containerized environments and cloud infrastructure tools.

  • Basic documentation skills for data processes and configurations.

  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) or completion of relevant online courses are a plus.
