Job Description

Position: Marketing and Sales Intern

Location: Remote

Type: Internship (3 months, with a possibility of extension)

Stipend: Rs. 18000/month

We at "123 of AI" are focused on training the next generation of AI Engineers through a highly gamified, science-backed and community-driven learning experience. Our methodology - 'Curiosity Driven Effective Learning' - is designed for busy professionals looking to pivot into ML roles or lead ML teams. We offer interview preparation tools and high-quality ML programs to accelerate learning and career transitions.

Responsibilities

Marketing (Awareness & Interest Generation):

  • Create and distribute engaging content (blog posts, social media posts, videos) related to Machine Learning and interview preparation.
  • Optimize website and blog content for SEO to attract organic traffic.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns targeting professionals interested in AI/ML.
  • Manage social media accounts, plan and schedule content, and engage with online communities.
  • Collaborate on branding materials and build partnerships with influencers or thought leaders.

Sales (Conversion & Retention):

  • Identify potential leads and execute outreach campaigns via emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Maintain CRM systems to track leads and follow up systematically.
  • Prepare sales presentations, product demos, and customized pitches for potential clients.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to improve marketing and sales strategies.
  • Assist in organizing webinars, workshops, and other promotional events.
  • Copywrite and Design Ads. 

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Prior internship or project experience in marketing, sales, or related fields (preferred)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools.
  • Proactive, creative, and hard-working.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
