Job Description

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Prospecting and lead generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking.
  • Cold calling: Reach out to potential customers via phone to introduce the company's products or services and schedule appointments for further discussion.
  • Building rapport and relationships: Establish positive relationships with potential customers by actively listening to their needs and understanding their pain points.
  • Product and service presentations: Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the benefits and value proposition of the company's offerings.
  • Negotiation and closing deals: Negotiate pricing and terms with potential customers and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records: Update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate information and track progress on leads and opportunities.
  • Following up with leads: Follow up with potential customers who express interest but haven't yet made a decision to ensure continued engagement.
  • Staying informed about industry trends: Keep up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies and effectively position the company's offerings.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with potential customers and articulate the value proposition of the company's offerings.
  • Sales experience: Proven track record of success in a telecalling or sales role, demonstrating the ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
  • Product knowledge: Thorough understanding of the company's products or services and the ability to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
  • Time management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience and persistence: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
  • Computer literacy: Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including CRM systems, Excel and email clients.
  • Work from home setup: Access to a reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and the necessary equipment (computer, headset) to work effectively from home.
