Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Generate leads and qualify prospects through outbound calls.
• Present and explain products and services to potential customers.
• Close deals and convert leads into paying customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
• Adhere to company sales processes and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
