As a Business System Analyst Co-op, you will collaborate with our IT Compliance, Security, and Operations teams. Your primary focus will be on identifying service improvement opportunities within the telecommunications domain, with responsibilities including:

• Supporting essential operational business needs and pinpointing areas for service enhancement.
• Contributing to application development projects utilizing technologies like C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, WCF, MVC 5, and JSON.
• Working with cross-functional teams to develop business materials, such as marketing and sales presentations.
• Addressing critical business challenges through data analysis and scripting.

What We’re Looking For
We seek enthusiastic, motivated, and proactive students with a strong interest in technology and business analysis. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

Eligibility Requirements:

• Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited post-secondary institution.
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Available for the co-op term from May to August 2025.

Skills and Competencies:

Core Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and autonomy in decision-making.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with SQL scripting for data analysis and system logic.
• Experience with C# and .NET frameworks (preferably .NET Core).
• Understanding of Cloud Computing concepts.
• Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell or similar tools).
• Server administration experience is a plus.
