About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels (e.g., online research, networking, industry events).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline and track key metrics (e.g., leads, conversions, revenue).
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of sales processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Knowledge in the IT domain is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
