NoBroker is hiring for the role of Direct Sales Executive!

Qualification / Education and Other Requirements:

• Education: Any Undergraduate (BBA, B.Tech, B.A., etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal, numerical, and analytical abilities.
• Decision-making skills.
• Language Requirement:
• Mandatory: English & Hindi
• Optional: Kannada/Tamil/Marathi/Telugu
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Other Requirements:
• Flexibility for day shifts (9-hour login between 8 AM - 10 PM).
• Comfortable with working 6 days a week (week off on a weekday).
• Must have: Laptop with webcam and a good speed Internet connection.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Identify business opportunities by prospecting and recognizing potential customers.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
• Conduct outbound calling on leads generated through lead-generation activities or secondary data sources.
• Follow up daily on older leads and work on new leads.
• Maintain quality service by adhering to organization standards.
• Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization.
