Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Care Executives to join our dynamic team for both Voice and Sales processes. In this role, you will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, provide information about our products/services, and promote sales through effective communication. Fluency in English is mandatory, along with proficiency in any one of the following languages: Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.

 Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification: Graduation (10 + 2 + 3)
• Age between 18 to 30 years
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and one regional language
• Ability to empathize with customers and efficiently resolve their queries
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is advantageous
