SUMANKIRTICARS PVT LTD is hiring for the role of Telecaller Executive!
Roles:
- Daily Calling Contacted 60
- Use Software
- Making calls: telecallers make outbound inbound calls to customers to generate service appointment
Responsibilities:
- Daily Appointment Minimum 10
- Soft Communication with Customer
- Telecallers explain their company's services to customers.
- Meeting sales targets: Telecallers are responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Keeping records: Telecallers maintain daily call records and submit daily progress reports.
- Staying updated: Telecallers stay updated with market trends.
- identifying needs: Telecallers identify customer needs.
- Telecallers need to speak and listen well and convey information in a friendly and professional manner.
