Job Description

Depioneer Group of Companies is hiring for the role of Telesales Associate!

Roles:

  • The Visa Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing sales opportunities for Visa-related products/services. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions to increase Visa sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients interested in Visa-related services or products.
  • Conduct research and outreach to prospective customers, including cold calling, emails, and in-person visits, as needed.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Visa products/services, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Educate clients on the benefits and features of Visa products, guiding them through the application and setup process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product knowledge remains current and aligned with client needs.
  • Track, document, and report sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems.
  • Analyze and evaluate sales data, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to optimize sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in the financial, travel, or service sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • High motivation, goal-oriented, and a team player.
