Honeywell is hiring for the role of Field Service Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Review and confirm the customer’s requirements to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Provide the customer with necessary information on product features, usage, and expected outcomes.
- Include step-by-step procedures for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with logistics to schedule timely deliveries that meet customer deadlines.
Requirements:
- Previous industry experience
- Previous technical/installation experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Good written and oral communication
- Advanced Degree
- Good presentation skills
