Responsibilities:

• Make Outbound Calls:Contact prospective students to inform them about our training programs, course details, and enrollment procedures.
• Respond to Inquiries:Handle inbound calls and provide information about our courses, schedule, fees, and other related queries.
• Follow Up on Leads: Maintain a database of leads, follow up with potential students, and encourage them to enroll in our courses.
• Provide Guidance: Assist prospective students in understanding course offerings, helping them make informed decisions based on their interests and career goals.
• Achieve Enrollment Targets:Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly enrollment targets set by the institute.
• Assist with Marketing Efforts:Support the marketing team by participating in promotional activities and providing feedback on outreach strategies.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in any field is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and friendly communication skills in both English and [Local Language].
• Customer Service Orientation:A positive attitude with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Basic Computer Skills:Familiarity with MS Office and experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
