Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Reach out to potential or existing clients to explain our services, conduct surveys, or gather feedback.
• Follow a prepared script to ensure consistent and effective communication, while also being able to adapt the script based on the conversation.
• Identify and qualify leads, gather information about prospects, and update customer records in the database. 
• Accurately record call details, customer information, and feedback in the company's CRM or other databases. 
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, track progress, and update information.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and legal regulations regarding Visa Immigration.

Requirements:

• Good English Communication
• MS Excel
• Pleasant Formal Personality
• 1 to 2 years of experience in managing lead generation.
