What we are looking for?

Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

Education: B.E./ B. Tech (in any of the following streams - Electronics & Communication, CSE/IT, Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering), BCA, MCA, or any graduate with a PG Diploma in Media and Broadcasting. Min. 60% in X, XII and graduation.

Total Experience (Years): Fresher, 0 – 1 Year

Job Description:

• Set up, configure, and operate audio-visual equipment in project locations based on the specifications of the project.

• Test, maintain, prepare, pack and unpack the kits in the base location and venues and assist senior engineers in troubleshooting on site

• Analyze and repair technical faults in equipment and systems.

• To be flexible in travel to overseas locations at short notice.

Location:

• Training will be placed in the NEP India office in Delhi NCR.

• On successful completion of training, candidates will either be assigned to projects in India or abroad. Candidates may also be relocated to any of the NEP Group offices internationally.

Other desirable qualities:

Knowledge and interest in the following areas is preferred:

• Working knowledge of Audio-Visual Systems.

• CCNA/Coding Language

• Understanding of IP and Networking

• Candidates who possess a strong interest in Media, Broadcast Technology, Live Events, and Sports Production

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Team player

• Strong analytical skills, adaptive, and interested in engaging in hands-on work with equipment

• Able to work under stressful working conditions

What you can expect from the job

• This is a field engineering position and requires the candidates to be hands-on, willing, and able to travel on projects for extended periods.

• You will be trained on broadcast equipment and are required to achieve a certain level of expertise.

• You will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, operation, packing, unpacking, installation, and dismantling of the equipment regularly.

• Your work location could vary across projects, i.e., you will be required to work outdoors in diverse locations which could include sporting venues, stadiums, conference locations, auditoriums, or studios located anywhere in the world.

• You will be required to travel to various international locations where projects will be conducted. Some of our project locations include Australia, England, Japan, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, UAE, the UK, and USA.
