Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Troubleshoot software issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Manage service requests from submission to resolution using ticketing tools like ConnectWise or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues that require remote support or escalation.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints within SLA guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-3 years of experience in a similar role (Service Desk/System admin/IT Troubleshooting) or fresher with a technical bend of mind.
  • Recent graduates with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
    Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone/email/in-person.
