We’re an ambitious and dedicated team powering a global fintech who are committed to driving innovation and efficiency. We’re looking for a Software Developer to join our application team in Chandigarh to play a key role in developing and maintaining our core application. 

We're looking for someone with some development experience with Java and Spring boot technologies to seamlessly integrate into the team and play a supporting role in our success. Role Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java and Spring Boot technologies 
• Contribute as part of a team to the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
• Contribute to assignments and ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Contribute to code reviews to maintain code quality and identify opportunity for improvements 

Required Skills 

• 1+ years experience in a similar role - we are open to considering applications from candidates who are early in their career who have some experience with Java and Spring Boot technologies
• Knowledge of core Java (OOP, data structures, algorithms), collections framework, exception handling, and multithreading.
• Understanding of Spring Core concepts (dependency injection), Spring MVC for web development (controllers, models, views), and Spring Boot for rapid application building
• Experience with Java build tools (Maven) and unit testing frameworks (JUnit/Mockito)
• Basic understanding of SQL and DBMS
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and a team player mentality
