Eligibility Criteria: EatSure Cloud 2024 is open to all the current undergraduate, postgraduate and working professionals across all universities and organizations in India.

Team Formation Guidelines:

• A team will consist of 2 members, and the one who registers the team will be the team leader.
• All members of the team should be from the same organization/institute.
• Interdisciplinary teams can participate.
• All the team members are required to verify and confirm their details to form a team.
• There is no restriction on the number of teams from an organization/institute.
• Modification of team post registration will not be allowed.
• Both the team members must be present during the final presentation; otherwise, their entry will be disqualified.

Competition Structure:

Round 1: Treasure Hunt

• All teams will need to participate in the treasure hunt round. Clues to the treasure hunt can be found on EatSure’s Instagram handle @eatsurenow and on the EatSure app. The teams will have to attempt the Treasure Hunt and clear 20 levels in an 8-hour window. All the teams who attempt this round will move on to the next.

Round 2: Video Pitch Submission 

• There will be 3 case problems pertaining to 3 different tracks - Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Experience. The team can pick any one case problem of their choice and work on the same. Participants will have to create a 2-minute (no longer) video pitch proposing the solution. The submission has to be made as a link to an unlisted YouTube video. The teams who clear this round will move on to the next.

Round 3: Detailed Pitch Submission 

• Selected teams will have to develop a 10-slide presentation detailing their proposed solution. A PDF version of the presentation needs to be submitted by 22nd September 2024. The teams who clear this round will move on to the next.

Round 4: Grand Finale 

• Top 10 teams will get to present their proposed solutions to the leadership team at Rebel Foods. Each team will have dedicated time to interact with the leaders. 

Prizes & Rewards:

• Round 1:
  • The top 3 winners receive INR 5,000 worth of EatSure vouchers.
  • The top 1K participants will receive EatSure vouchers worth Rs. 100.
  • All Participants will receive EatSure vouchers worth Rs. 75.
• Final Round Winners:
  • Winner: Receives INR 1,00,000 cash and a certificate.
  • 1st Runners-Up: Receives INR 30,000 cash and a certificate.
  • 2nd Runners-Up: Receives INR 20,000 cash and a certificate.
  • National finalists stand a chance to win internships and potential job offers with a CTC of INR 8-20 lakhs plus ESOPs (based on qualification).

Terms & Conditions:

• All decisions in matters of eligibility, authenticity & final judgments will be with Rebel Foods.
• The format, structure & timelines of events are subject to change before the actual beginning of the event.
• If a team fails to submit an entry before the timeline, Rebel Foods holds the right to disqualify the team from the competition.
• All the materials, presentations, scripts, plans, models, videos, photos, audio-visual files, exchange or sharing of confidential data, etc. which may get generated & created during this competition by a participant or participants jointly with or without Rebel Foods’ involvement, shall at all time remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Rebel Foods and will be considered as confidential information
• Participants must ensure complete confidentiality of the confidential information shared or generated during the competition.
• By entering into this Competition, a participant understands and consents Rebel Foods to use their personal information (including presentation recording, video, etc) on any social media or other platforms for the purpose of promotions, advertisements, communication, training or sharing of their experience, feedback etc. about the Rebel Foods’ EatSure Cloud Program including for use for internal training purposes at all times.
• Disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only.
