As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales of our
products/services. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to kick-start their career in sales. Your primary duties and responsibilities will
include:

  • Prospecting and cold-calling to identify potential customers and generate leads.
  • Conducting product/service presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Negotiating terms and closing sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to coordinate efforts and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential sales opportunities.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Intern to support our sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in sales, marketing, and data analysis. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in lead generation and contribute to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets.
  • Utilize various tools and databases to gather and verify lead information. Assist in creating and managing lead lists and databases.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Analyze lead generation metrics and provide insights to improve the process.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
