We're seeking a talented AI Software Engineer to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in developing and maintaining our cutting-edge search platform, utilizing your expertise in AI, backend development, and cloud technologies.

Requirements (We're looking for)

Must-haves:

• 1-2 years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in:
  • Django: You're comfortable building robust and scalable web applications using Django.
  • FastAPI: You understand the benefits of asynchronous programming and have experience building APIs with FastAPI.
  • Docker: You're familiar with containerization and have experience deploying applications using Docker.
• Experience with AWS: You have hands-on experience with AWS services like Lambda, S3, RDS, and EC2.
• Understanding of LLMs and RAG: You have a solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Experience with Hybrid Search: You're familiar with combining traditional keyword-based search with AI-powered semantic search.
• Problem-solving mindset: You're a resourceful problem-solver who enjoys tackling complex challenges and finding creative solutions.
• Ability to learn quickly: You're eager to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving industry trends.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with other AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch or other search engines.
• Contributions to open-source projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain core components of our AI-powered search platform.
• Implement and optimize search algorithms, leveraging LLMs and RAG techniques.
• Integrate with various data sources and APIs.
• Build and deploy scalable and reliable backend systems using Docker and AWS.
• Collaborate with the team to define and implement new features.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our search platform.
